All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements stated in PKR. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until rollover conditions are met. Abuse of promotions will result in bonus forfeiture and possible account closure.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of the ah77 online betting and casino platform, including all associated web pages, mobile interfaces, and related services (collectively, the "Platform"). The Platform is operated under the ah77 brand ("ah77", "we", "us", "our").
By registering an account, depositing funds, placing a bet, or otherwise using the Platform, you ("you", "your", "Player", "User") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with any additional rules, policies, or guidelines published on the Platform.

Registration and use of the Platform is restricted to individuals who are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the Operator's licensing jurisdiction. Any Account found to be held by a person below the required minimum age will be permanently closed and all funds — including any winnings — may be forfeited in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.
Each Player is permitted to hold only one Account on the Platform. Operating multiple Accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.
You are solely responsible for confirming that accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. Citizens and residents of Prohibited Territories are not permitted to register or maintain an Account. Pakistan has significant gambling restrictions under the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and applicable federal and provincial law. ah77 does not provide legal advice. By registering, you confirm that you have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, that you are not acting on behalf of a third party, and that you are not a compulsive gambler currently enrolled in a self-exclusion programme on any platform or regulated scheme.
You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration. This includes your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and telephone number. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms.

Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable time period may result in Account suspension.
The Platform is provided for personal entertainment and informational purposes only. You agree to use the Platform solely in accordance with these Terms, applicable laws, and any specific rules or guidelines published on the Platform from time to time.
Permitted use includes: placing sports bets on available markets (including Pakistan cricket, PSL T20, ICC tournaments, football, UFC, and other listed events), accessing casino games within the lobby, using responsible gambling tools, and communicating with support through approved channels.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
All Account balances, transaction amounts, bonus values, and withdrawal figures are denominated and displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Where currency conversion is applied by a payment provider, the Platform is not responsible for resulting exchange rate differences.
Payment provider names referenced on ah77 — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah — are cited as familiar Pakistani payment references only. They do not imply that these providers endorse, affiliate with, or support gambling transactions. The actual payment methods available for deposits and withdrawals at any given time are determined solely by the Operator's current payment arrangements and applicable compliance requirements. Players should consult the cashier section of the Platform after completing KYC for confirmed payment options.
Withdrawals are subject to: (a) successful completion of KYC verification; (b) full satisfaction of any applicable Wagering Requirements on Bonus Funds; (c) the Platform's minimum and maximum withdrawal limits in PKR; and (d) the Platform's standard processing time, which may vary by payment method.
For anti-money-laundering compliance purposes, withdrawals will generally be processed back to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, up to the deposited amount. Remaining balances may be withdrawn via methods approved by the Platform's compliance team.
Minimum deposit thresholds are set by the Operator and displayed within the Platform cashier at the time of deposit. These thresholds are subject to change without prior notice.
All bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated for each promotion, including Wagering Requirements, minimum odds restrictions, maximum bet limits, game contribution percentages, and expiry dates. These terms are published in PKR where applicable.
A Wagering Requirement specifies the total value of qualifying bets required before Bonus Funds or associated winnings may be withdrawn. For example, a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 30x Wagering Requirement requires PKR 30,000 in qualifying bets before any withdrawal of related winnings is permitted. Bets placed on excluded games or at odds below the minimum threshold do not count toward the Wagering Requirement.
ah77 reserves the right to cancel bonuses and void related winnings if it reasonably determines that a bonus has been claimed or used in a manner that constitutes abuse — including but not limited to: claiming the same promotion across multiple Accounts, using stake patterns specifically designed to satisfy Wagering Requirements at minimal risk, or providing false information to qualify for a promotion.
Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, only one bonus offer may be active on an Account at any given time. Players should complete or forfeit existing bonus terms before activating a new promotion.
All bets are subject to acceptance by the Platform. ah77 reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet at its discretion, including where: (a) there is a suspected error in the odds displayed; (b) there are reasonable grounds to believe the bet is placed using insider information; or (c) the bet exceeds the Platform's stated maximum stake limit for the relevant market.
Bets may be declared void where: an event is abandoned or not completed within the specified timeframe; odds were displayed in error due to a technical fault; or the relevant event or market is deemed by the Platform to be invalid or subject to match-fixing concerns. Void bets are returned to the Player's Balance at the original stake amount.
In-play (live) betting markets — including live Pakistan cricket, PSL T20 matches, and other live events — may be suspended at any time during an event. Bets placed and accepted before a suspension are valid; bets placed after a suspension will be declined. Live odds are subject to change without notice.
In the event of a manifest error in bet settlement, ah77 reserves the right to correct the settlement and adjust Account balances accordingly, regardless of whether funds have already been credited or withdrawn.
ah77 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. Gambling should be treated as entertainment, not as a source of income. All Players are encouraged to set deposit limits, session time reminders, and loss limits via the Account dashboard before commencing play.
Self-exclusion tools are available through Account settings. A self-exclusion can be applied immediately and cannot be reversed during the selected exclusion period. Players who believe they may have a gambling problem are strongly encouraged to use self-exclusion and seek professional support.

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, page layouts, software code, data compilations, and game assets — is the property of ah77 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only.
You must not reproduce, copy, distribute, scrape, systematically download, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written permission from ah77. Unauthorised use of Platform content is a breach of these Terms and may constitute an infringement of intellectual property rights.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ah77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings due to technical failure; errors in odds or game outcomes arising from a manifest error; interruptions to Platform availability; or unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain Account security.
ah77's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited into your Account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other matter that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Privacy Policy explains how ah77 collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal data, and your rights in relation to that data.
By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy. KYC documents and identity verification data are processed for regulatory compliance purposes and retained for the periods required by applicable law.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting Platform support. Before closing, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with standard procedures. Real money balances remaining after withdrawal requests are fulfilled will be returned to you via the most recent payment method on record, subject to KYC clearance.
ah77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its discretion, including where: these Terms have been breached; fraudulent, abusive, or illegal conduct is detected or reasonably suspected; KYC requirements have not been met within a reasonable timeframe; or applicable regulatory requirements mandate Account closure.
Upon Account closure — whether by the Player or by ah77 — all Bonus Funds and pending promotional awards are forfeited immediately. Real money balances are returned as described in Section 14.1, subject to any rights of set-off ah77 may have in respect of amounts owed under these Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Operator's licensing jurisdiction. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by mandatory applicable law in your country of residence.
For Pakistani players: ah77 does not claim to hold a licence issued by any Pakistani regulatory body and does not claim that its services are approved or authorised under Pakistani law. Players in Pakistan access the Platform at their own risk and are solely responsible for their compliance with local laws. This is not legal advice.
ah77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. Where practicable, notice of significant changes will be provided via email or in-platform notification.
Your continued use of the Platform after updated Terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any updated Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 14.1.
